Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy covers subscriptions bought on this website. Those are sold and processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund and its terms apply alongside this policy.
14-day refund
If you are unhappy with a subscription for any reason, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to a first purchase and to each renewal.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle typically returns funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 days
Beyond 14 days we do not refund the portion of a billing period already elapsed. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, so cancelling never loses you time you have already bought.
We will still consider a refund outside that window where something went wrong on our side — a duplicate charge, a subscription that did not activate on your account, or a prolonged outage. Ask us.
What is not refundable
The mobile apps are free and contain no purchases, so there is nothing to refund there. Individual reports are not separately refundable, since the computation and market data behind them are paid for when the report runs — but the subscription that produced them can still be refunded under the 14-day rule above.
How to request one
Email admin@caribbeandynetics.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt. Either route reaches the same outcome. We reply within two business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your own country, including the right of withdrawal available to consumers in the UK and EU. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.
