Cloudstone Terminal is an educational and research tool. Every report, metric, strategy ranking, and figure it generates is for informational and learning purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or options contract. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial professional. Nothing in the app should be treated as personalized financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything you see here.

Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance shown in any report or backtest is not indicative of future results. The app does not connect to any brokerage or trading account and cannot place trades on your behalf.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — see our Privacy Policy for details.

The free service and advertising

The Cloudstone Terminal mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are free and ad-supported. They contain no purchases. Free accounts wait 24 hours between reports; watching an optional rewarded video advertisement reduces the remaining wait by 6 hours. Advertising is served by Unity LevelPlay and its mediated partners — see our Privacy Policy for what that involves.

On this website, a free account may generate one report and run one backtest in total. Free use continues in the mobile apps.

Subscriptions and billing

Optional paid subscriptions are sold only on this website, at cloudstoneterminal.caribbeandynetics.com/pricing. They remove the waiting period between reports and remove advertising, and they apply to your account on every device you sign in on, including the mobile apps. Each plan is subject to a daily maximum, stated below and shown in your account:

• Starter — USD $10/month: no waiting period, up to 10 reports and 10 backtests per day, no ads.
• Pro — USD $15/month: no waiting period, up to 25 reports and 100 backtests per day, no ads.
• Pro Yearly — USD $150/year: no waiting period, up to 25 reports and 100 backtests per day, no ads.

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout by our payment processor based on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Website subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for those transactions. Paddle handles payment collection, tax calculation and remittance, invoicing and billing support, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction alongside these Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the app or its backend outside of the rate limits it exposes.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or App Check integrity verification.
• Resell, redistribute, or represent the app's reports as your own proprietary research or as licensed investment advice.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or attempt to compromise the service.

Advertising

The app displays ads served by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers and interaction data to serve and measure ads, under Google's own terms and privacy policy — see our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads shown through this network.

Data sources and accuracy

Market data is sourced from third parties (e.g. Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. Reports are generated by a deterministic quantitative engine plus, in places, AI-generated commentary — both can contain errors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or report. Use your own judgment.

Service availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features, rate limits, or the service itself may change or be discontinued at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app and everything it produces are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any figure, report, or commentary it produces is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator (and anyone acting on the operator's behalf) will have no liability of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive — arising out of or related to your use of the app, any investment or trading decision, or any report, figure, or commentary it produces, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, in no event will the operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the app in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) CAD $20. You use the app entirely at your own risk and expressly assume all risk of loss from any investment or trading decision made using it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or any investment or trading decision you make.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent applicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
